Exceptionally kind , caring and professional staff! Catarina welcomed us with a beautiful smile despite we arrived at the hotel very late. Within a minute we were on our way up to our lovely, clean spacious room with very practical interior. There was complementary bottled water and possibly to make hot beverages in the room. The bed was super comfortable. The BEST PILLOW EVER!! , blackout curtains and absolute silence aided our great sleep. I literally didn’t sleep so well in years! The breakfast was very nice with Portuguese specialties and Daniel helped us find everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Adriana , the manager looked after all our needs and gave us great advice. We also want to thank the rest of the Stay Hotel Team Hugo, Heidi, Joana, Rita, Paulo, Ana, Patricia and Bia. Thank you All for looking after us so well!!

the hotel is a fifteen minute walk from the airport. I didn’t know how close it was so I took a cab. the driver didn’t want to charge me it was so close. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was so nice modern and comfortable at the price I paid. the next morning they had breakfast available on site early.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Reception and Bar staff were.great! We had a 5am flight and the team organized a breakfast box and drove us to the airport at 2.30am! They also came a picked us up after we dropped off our car. So helpful.

Good selection and quality of hot and cold foods, I particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast. Ideally situated for Porto airport with punctual shuttle-bus service. The room was spotless, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Staff were welcoming, helpful and professional.

    Comfortable hotel close to the airport, nice friendly staff though waited for drinks, service as they are expected to multi task. Dreadful and expensive evening meal, poor quality. Breakfast expensive and equally poor quality!

    Room had dated brown furniture , not enough space between bed and dressing table I stubbed my toes twice. No kettle with tea and coffee in the room . I didn’t like the body gel sachets in the bathroom . It all felt a bit penny pinching from the hotel , it cost enough to warrant a coffee and a generous amount of body wash in the shower. The hotel was quiet and we had a good sleep ,comfy bed ,nice blinds. The location was the best thing ,didn’t have breakfast because we left before 5AM.

    Apologies I recently reviewed this Hotel and put out a poor review comment. This was wrong as it was for another hotel in Porto which should had the poor review. This hotel was quite ok for its convenience to the airport. They even arranged a shuttle to the terminal. Only bad point was finding the hotel from the Metro station was very difficult with the complex road layout.

    Excellent location and price for an airport stopover.

    Excellent location and price for an airport stopover. We flew in late afternoon and had a very early flght out of OPO. The hotel is about 5min drive from the airport. They provided a free shuttle both directions. I called for the pickup. They scheduled us for the every 30 min shuttle to the airport. There is a nice restaurant onsite and a bar with food as well. Se left too early to have breakfast(I understand there is a charge for that) The room charge was less than 100 euros.

    This hotel is close to the airport, and it's exactly what you expect of these types of hotels. Limited bar and limited food (when we arrived we could only order online deliveries to the hotel) and bar was closing 11pm. Shower and beds were spacious, clean and comfy which is what you need for one night sleep before continuing your journey.

    The staff was very helpful, nice, super friendly and always approachable. We arrived a bit early and went for a walk, when we returned they already put our luggage in the room. They provided us breakfast at 3am (early flight) and shuttle to the airport at 4am. It's a shame we only had one short night there as we loved it. Thanks for this perfect stay!

    This is such a pretty little hotel just minutes walk away from the airport, so was perfect for my one night stay! The staff were so friendly and it was nice not to have to stay at an anonymous chain hotel. Just ten mins drive away there’s a lovely beach with a nice seafood restaurant

    It’s close proximity to the airport and it’s design. It’s a class above the normal airport hotels. Breakfast is quite civilised also., good quality, freshly squeezed orange juice. Free and extremely efficient airport shuttle.
