Authentic place with super nice hosts. The room was spacious and comfortable, the whole place is well equipped. The balcony is the best place to spend the evening and you can walk around the apartment, the surrounding is beautiful. The cleaning lady is a treasure. She was welcoming and even though she barely speaks english we could still communicate. She served the breakfast as well and it was perfect to start the day with. If you would like to feel like a local you should definitely stay here.

The hotel was immaculate; we were greeted with a drink upon check-in which immediately made us feel at home. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean which made for beautiful sun rises. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The walk-ability of the area is amazing; there are nice restaurants all around and beautiful scenery every where you turn. The indoor pool was an absolute plus.

It was amazing to live so close to the ocean! Everything was just perfect, great location, very comfortable room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. The view from room was awesome! We have liked a sauna and jacuzzi after swimming in lava pools, it was included in price for accommodation. We could not expected better staying then we have had. Highly recommended!

Hotel is totally new. Smiling reception, great breakfast and possibility to use facilities of two other Natura Hotels. Parking for free, a sparkling wine as a surprise...it was the best place to stay during our 10 days Madeira trip. Thanks a lot. Good value for the price.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the nice breakfast spread which was made vegetarian upon our request and the beautiful garden and views. The atmosphere was very peaceful and we would be happy to return any time.

    Stay away! Our first visit was 21 years ago and we loved it.

    Stay away! Our first visit was 21 years ago and we loved it. (We still do.) In my journal on the very last day of our week-long stay back then, I wrote, "We saw our first tourist!" Apart from us, obviously. We visited seven years later and our opinion was similar. This time there seemed far more visitors, cars, pedestrians etc. We'd love to visit again in the future so please stay away so it's more like the Seixal of 2004 and 2011!

    Seixal is, in my opinion, the best location to stay in...

    Seixal is, in my opinion, the best location to stay in Madeira. The views from the north coast are truly the most beautiful on the island, and waking up to that scenery every day was unforgettable. By chance, we ended up at Miradouro do Infinito, thinking we were heading down to the beach, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. It’s very close to where we stayed and offers a breathtaking perspective of the coastline.

    Seixal is a small village, directly at the sea front.

    Seixal is a small village, directly at the sea front. It has a beautiful black beach and several restaurants. There are no big hotels around. There are good walking options. It feels like being away from the busy, sometimes too touristic atmosphere in other spots of Madeira.

    A beautiful town, with the wild Atlantic Ocean and beautiful nature. Great accommodation and great owners, very nice. A wonderful place for car trips to the Fanal forest, to the most beautiful levadas and to Porto Moniz to dig in the natural pools.

    Seixal is gorgeous.

    Seixal is gorgeous. We had family stay in resorts on the south side of the island and they regretted their decision after seeing Seixal. There were more clouds than in other locations on the island, but it was always comfortable, even in the middle of the night.

    Seixal is a nice place to have a stay for 1-2 nights while planning to do a few hikes. It has a fabulous black sand beach and a few nice restaurants/bars and especially the natural pools in which you can swim.
