The room was quite spacious and very clean. We had a nice view of the pool. The staff in the hotel are so polite and friendly and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. The bar is a nice place for a drink and the food in the restaurant was exceptional, complimented with the finest Portuguese wine. The house is very comfortable and quiet - we slept very well - and has a wonderful mountain view. It was great to sit outside in the shadow of the trees. It really is the perfect place to rest, but still very close to Tábua with its amenities. The owners are very friendly and accommodating; they made us feel very welcome.
