very chilling atmosphere. the place is surrounded by grape yards and is very quiet. the wine selection is good, it only has local wines and the food was also very nice. I got a good recommendation on wine and food pairing and enjoyed a relaxing evening with a view. you can tell that the people who own the place really love what they are doing and try to give their guests the best experience. will come back for sure

We liked the whole property, the staff at the restaurant very kind and carrying, the breakfast was complete for us (omelet, cheese, butter and jam, good coffee) and food a la carte was very good and so was the wine (very nice rosé). Moreover, there were some discrepancies between the prices in the computer and the ones on the menu so the waiter wanted to make sure we were aware of the correct ones and we appreciated that they wanted to make things clear. My husband had some sheep pastrami which had some fat parts and because there were some fat pieces left on the plate, they apologised for it and offered us a dessert on the house.

    we came from constanta and we knew it would take up just...

    we came from constanta and we knew it would take up just over 3 hours to get there. The area is very nice, there are other vineyards around, there is a wonderful Stone Museum built by a famous Romanian author etc. But if you are not into wine, there is little to entertain in the era and you are kind of tied to the accommodation place for a good meal. We have not seen any restaurants etc. Perhaps we should have explored more.
