One of the best experiences of my life. I was looking for some quite holidays, where I can enjoy nature and relax from big cities. Happy to see that our country Romania can provide such a nice service at a good price. I felt like Austria. Food and area are also impressive. Recommendations are given at the spot. It was as described by host & reviewed by other guests. Clean, fair & comfortable. The host is providing a very good value for money & it's hospitable as well - afinata & coffee from the house; well, it was great. The provided towels was 3* hotel. Even if the kitchen is not open, there is a market few steps away and we had access to prepare a breakfast, which was great.

    I like the image of a typical mountain village, but with the...

    I like the image of a typical mountain village, but with the proximity of the ski slopes it is becoming more and more built up, often with out-of-the-way buildings. Due to the gradual building up around the village, it is difficult to get out into the woods, many plots are fenced in. We stayed at the Casuta de munte, a heart-warming place to stay, with its barely touched mowed-grassland surroundings. Otherwise we had a great time, and as the two other weekend houses nearby were empty, we had a quiet and peaceful weekend. We were able to get away from the city, relax and recharge.
