It was an unexpected location but in a very very quiet location. The breakfast served was amazing and the host even made us some fresh warm dessert cake! The decor is beautiful and extremely clean. They were very accommodating even though it was a late night last minute booking. The rooms are unique and we loved staying here very much.

Staff: Ana and Alina were amazing. They really catered to our needs and went above and beyond for us. Alina gave us some great sightseeing tips and even gave us a great plan to follow which worked perfectly. Ana helped us when we were being scammed by Uber drivers at Therme. When they realised we were headed for the airport they would accept our ride then cancel it and offer to take us for €15 (Uber was €7). He said there was no point looking elsewhere as they would all cancel me. Which they did and laughed about it. Thankfully, upon contacting Ana helped us out and was able to help us get to the airport. We were very grateful as she helped out of a very very intimidating situation. The decoration was really nice. We loved the layout of the hotel and the simplicity of it. There was a lot of dust in the room. Not visible dust but as we were both allergic to dust we really felt it. Also the room was extremely hot. Reception or cleaner were not able to help us so we just left the window open. The bathroom was relatively clean however the toilet could have done with a clean on the outside as there was residue on it.

Very close to the airport, shuttle service provided, the reception team arranged some changes with no extra charge. The only downside about the location is that we couldn’t find an Uber from Therme to take us back to the hotel at night - none of them wanted to take us back for the Uber fee of 25-30 lei, and were propositioning to do a cash job for 100 lei. We used the official taxi instead, also cost 100 lei. In hindsight, we should have kept our rental car a day longer, would have cost less than these taxis. Breakfast was excellent, cost around €10pp, and it is one of the very few hotels where coffee was enjoyable enough for me to have a second cup - usually I end up not drinking even the first one. Very clean room and comfy bed.

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The shuttle driver was at the airport when arrived, which was nice as didn’t have to wait for a ride. At the hotel, Daniela greeted me when I arrived. She was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for the night and the next morning. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had options to suite everyone’s taste. Andrei checked me out of the hotel and spoke to me in my native language (French). It was unexpected, but appreciated and very charming. The shuttle driver dropped me off at the airport with lots of time to spare. Also, the fact the hotel was so close to the airport was reassuring, as the roads in Sofia get jammed during peak hour, and you can be stuck there for quite some time.

    The hotel was warm, friendly welcoming and convenient. The shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The hotel was clean and there were helpful amenities such as tea/ coffee and water in rooms. The restaurant was good value with a varied menu , food was great, served promptly. All staff spoke English, and all were friendly and keen to help. Location was perfect for prompt connections to flights. There are good public transport links into the city too. There is no lift, but this was not an issue as staff helped to carry bags. No noticeable noise from airport or main road with windows closed. No noise from other guests.

    The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly,...

    The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly, and the available food is terrible. the food is so overpriced for an airport and does not look fresh. In the Duty Free, the staff are on their phone and do not want to help. The toilets are disgusting and covered in faeces or broken locks. Would not recommend at all.

    Well located to the airport.

    Well located to the airport. Easy to access with train line nearby. Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. We needed somewhere comfortable just for one night and this suited us perfectly. Some shops and restaurants nearby.

    I had a great time with my children in Bucharest.

    I had a great time with my children in Bucharest. The bus system helps you get around the city cheaply. Uber is also very affordable. Our highlight was spending the day at the famous Therme Spa, lots to do, fun slides, restaurants, outdoor space and lots of lounge beds. Great locker system with a wristband for all your needs, you then pay at the end. Drinks and desserts are delicious, food is OK. You can catch a shuttle bus from the spa straight to the airport, so we were able to stay at the spa right up to the end of our stay. Most people were friendly and helpful if they were able to speak English. Perfect for families, couples or adult group trips.

    Location to the main road, Buses, McDonalds, Lidl walking...

    Location to the main road, Buses, McDonalds, Lidl walking was 15 mins . Convince store in the area not too far. Clean neighbourhood Built up area. Close enough to The Therme Spa,10 minute taxi ride. Can catch uber or bolt around €8-€10 not even . I think because we were 5 people it was a little more so will be less of 3people. Close to airport too. Can catch bus or taxi. Must visit Edenland for the children and yourself. Zip lining, archery, fun day out.

    Great location near the little station that connects to the city. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Handy shuttle bus to the airport. Nice big clean room at the back of the hotel, very quiet. Didn't try the bar, restaurant or fitness facilities. Good communication when I emailed. We had an early check-in as arrived ~0900hrs. We prefer a shower rather than a bath. But no problem. Good to have Safe in room.

    Very practical for a late/early morning flight. Easy to reach from the airport Otopeni Airport. We walked like 15-20 minutes. Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated studio appartment. Supermarket open 8am- 8 pm daily and a traditional Romanian restaurant nearby. We appreciated the water and the coffee the host left for us.

    Clean, hip, comfortable and featuring very friendly staff. The location is excellent, albeit potentially difficult to get to, as there are both private parkings and car rental facilities right next to the hotel. The breakfast is good as there are plenty of choices when it comes to both foodstuffs and beverages.
