I would deeply recommend this apartment. It’s soo cozy, comfortable, clean and perfect place to enjoy. Location is perfect as well, close to some of the most popular activities in the area, super market, pharmacy, but the most important it’s by the river and all you can hear is nature and peace.

10+++/ A++++ stay. The owners were like family. Wonderful incredible hosts. Great apartment, VERY CLEAN. Great Wifi and great heat. Small little village, loved my stay. Quiet location. Great hot water . Parking directly across the street - very safe. General store almost directly across the street. Nice clean and equipped apartment and kitchen. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy in the nature.It's not too far from the main road, it is just far enough so you can feel that you are in the wildness but still safe😀 The house is equipped with powerful heating,so we enjoyed inside on 25 while outside was less than -10 degrees. The house design 👌 beautiful. Bathroom, kitchen = all clean spotless. There is parking spot just next to the house. The host is a civilized woman that lives near and she is there when you need her. I definitely recommend this place

    A good quiet place for relaxing and hiking. The travel on the Osmica railway was excellent. If you travel on public transport, check the schedule on the internet. There is no information near the bus stop, and the bus Vishegrad-Belgrade can have a big delay due to border crossing procedures.

    Very nice place for short stay (3-4) days. Mećavnik is must go visit place, and a ride on Shargan’s 8 (trip with old train on narrow gauge railway) with breathtaking views is something you should not skip.

    Sharganska osmica worth a visit, it a better to book a visit or buy a ticket beforehand, at jatarre train station there is a good place too eat pancakes and other stuff, the place works till 18.30pm I think 1-1,5 days is more then enough for visit, otherwise if you prefer to hike you could take more days

    A jewel in the Balkan hills. The Train Ride through the mountains each s spectacular. Great hiking and biking paths. Saw some motor cycle clubs too. Else just hang out and taste the mountain air. The railway station cafe was super. Great lunch with many surprises. The cherry pie was super

    My favourite place was Mecavnik, Sgarganska Osmica, Banjska Stena, the smallest river, 365 meters long “River of the year”, Zaovine, Visegrad. The best restaurant is in Sarganska Osmica, which has affordable prices for the variety of food they offer. It was very easy to go around with the kind help of the locals who are very helpful.

    The property owners are super friendly and kind. They have a cute and sweet kitty cat. There is an amazing view of the mountains from the rooms. It is just a short walk from Kusterica's village, Drvengrad. Food is close by in the town of Mokra Gora down the hill, and if you walk up the hill, you are on the back road to Tara National Forest.
