Hotel is very neat and clean at all times. Free water, dates, sweets and hot beverage ( qahva ) is available all day long. Breakfast buffet is at the top, they offer so many varieties in such a great price is absolutely worth mentioning. Food taste is 5 start standard. The staff is always present to refill the dishes and help children and elderly. Rooms are also very spacious and comfortable, amenities are being refilled at every room service request. All in all it's worth spending every penny.

Jumeirah Makkah, a new place. A posh, sober, quiet Abode next to Haram. Best for family. Two excellent restaurants and breakfast is a feast. Reception and service staff are extremely polite, humble and friendly. Great courtesy : Chilled water, Arabic coffee, Lemon iced tea and Sukri dates on the house all entrances. We previously stayed at all 5* hotels in the vicinity but this stay in Jan 24 was absolute comfort (felt like home or better). I am forced to give 6* or 7* seriously. Keep the standards up & we would surely return. 👌
