Caravan by Habitas is a special place! Let's get it out of the way - yes, the caravans are located within the gated Ashar Valley, together with Habitas and Banyan Tree so you do get access to the Maraya and all the hotel facilities like the gym and the spectacular swimming pool. They are all just a short complimentary ride away. Ask at reception! The caravans themselves are full of charm. Yes, they are tight. I am 194cm and felt awkward in the shower and toilet, but they are designed with ingenuity and are very comfortable. They are well worth gaining access to the area as the setting is almost literary out of this world! Also worth mentioning that we had the tastiest breakfast ever in the communal tent.

Staying at Dar Tantora in AlUla was truly a magical experience. Being in such an authentic and beautiful place, right in the heart of the Old Town, felt like stepping back in time, surrounded by history, charm, and tradition. Everything was absolutely impressive, from the warm welcome to the beautifully designed rooms and the magical candle-lit ambiance that makes the whole place feel special. The pool and the stunning views were a dream, and the food: both breakfast and dinner, was simply delicious, full of local flavors and care. The hospitality here is beyond expectations; the staff made me feel completely at home. It’s rare to find a place that blends comfort, authenticity, and beauty so perfectly. I truly can’t wait to return to this wonderful place!

The location was amazing beyond my expectations. The staff are very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Their concierge Roa made me feel very welcomed and the driver that took me for tours Saleem went above and beyond take the most amazing photos. I highly recommend this place!

The staff are really friendly and welcoming. When I arrived after a long car journey. There was lots of water provided at reception check-in was easy. I stayed on the second floor. My room was really spacious. The bed is really big lots of storage space for my clothes to work stations a large mirror for getting ready. The room had recently been refurbished. Nice new carpet, nice curtains, fresh bedding the room was super clean. The hotel is located a short distance away from Alula old town which was great. The price was really affordable. I would definitely stay here again. If I was going for another long weekend.

    The ambience of this city is unique.

    The ambience of this city is unique. You probably haven't seen anything like it. Neat, quiet, clean city surrounded by rocky mountains. Lots of historical places to visit - elephant rock, old town, moraya, Hegra, all amazing, picturesque places, like from a storybook. I travelled for a marathon and the route was breath-taking.

    AlUla is one of the most beautiful places l have ever...

    AlUla is one of the most beautiful places l have ever visited. I did stargazing in the desert, Hegra tour, Maraya tour and visited the Elephant rock. The old town of AlUla is also stunning, especially in the evening. Pretty much everything in AlUla is just magical.

    A hidden gem of Saudi Arabia, perfect choice for nature and adventure lovers, over the busy and crowd cities of Riyadh and Jeddah. The landscape is gorgeous and jaw-dropping. It is also amazing to see how diversity of activities thrive in this quiet but culturally rich town in the middle of nowhere. It is a place for all kinds of tourists.

    As many others have mentioned, the real highlight of this place is the host, Mr. Abu Ali. He is an exceptionally kind-hearted man who does everything he can to make you feel welcome and can drive you around Al Ula between the places of interest (something which is very necessary in this region if you don't have your own transportation). Room was very clean and spacious.

    Very nice budget hotel at Al Ula. Even though small with just 8 rooms, the hotel offers a fantastic swimming pool for kids and adults. Fantastic Cafe which serves an average breakfast, hot and cold drinks. A fantastic sitting area all around the hotel and a fanstastic bicycle ride around the mountains. Must try Hotel.
