The location was superb. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and did not miss any occasion to enjoy the magnificent kitchen which served 4 local fishes in a variety of ways. Tiraholm was a good starting point for excursions to the natural reserves in the neighborhood.

Run by a german-balinese couple. This is an extraordinary place to stay. Ask for the balinese plate and enjoy excellent balinese food, good storys and excellent hospitality in the swedish wilderness. If you are lucky you get to see the local hydro power plant as well run by the neigbour.

I stayed for four nights, hoping to find a place where I could relax, away from bigger and more crowded locations, and that's exactly what I found. Fabulous Swedish house. It is tastefully decorated and plenty of outdoor space including a little boat. It had everything we needed for our stay including a washing machine. Plenty to do around and local lake was only 10 minutes walk away.
