Wonderful, friendly hosting, including the preparation of the breakfast. Exciting room with secret spaces... Renovated building has maintained its rural atmosphere, including the smell of farm animals (which I actually consider as a positive). Extremely calm being in a hidden little hill-top village.

This is such a great place, I am really happy that I came there. The hosts are so welcoming and nice, and the space itself feels really calm and relaxing. Had a really nice and restful time, I'd recommend it if you want to visit the area and have a cosy feeling of being in nature!

Amazing location and view, the highway is close too. Very well-equipped, freshly renovated, cozy, ideal for long stays too. The bed sheets and towels had a really nice fresh smell, the bed is comfy. A gentleman was waiting for us with umbrellas in the heavy rain upon arrival.

    Very comfortable ground floor apartment located right on the banks of the Vipava river. Nice location which felt rural but in reality was only 5-10 minutes drive from Ajdovščina and all its facilities. The apartment is an excellent base not only for exploring the surrounding Vipava valley but also coastal places such as Piran with its Venetian architecture and the Italian city of Trieste. If you're an angler the location doesn't get much better with the Vipava literally just across the road. Highly recommended!

    This is an amazing place, everything is brand new and you have all you could wish for. It's in a quiet village roughly 5 mins drive to the nearest town of Ajdovscina. This is a good starting point to do hiking, cycling, or just visit the surrounding villages and towns. Very kind and hospitable hosts will help you with everything you need. They also have a winery so you can enjoy wine tasting. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you are visiting the area!

Terrific breakfast. - The front terrace offers a stunning view over the valley, and the little village where the hotel is located is quaint and worth seeing (a little deli opened late in the evening offers wine tasting). - a + : 3 lovely cats

    The resisence is well-equipped, exqusitely furnished and the rooms are spacious and comfy. It's a few minutes' drive from Ajdovscina and Vipava but you can easly hike or ride your way to the nearest farms and wineries. Also, wifi is super-fast.

    Hiska above Ajdovscina was our first glamping experience and it did not disappoint. The house and bathroom next door were tiny but they had everything you needed. We particularly enjoyed the fresh wood scent that lingered all over the place.
