It was one of the best places I have ever stayed! First of all, the kind and helpful staff. Andrej speaks perfect English and replies immediately. The apartment is extremely close to the train station, yet it was quiet all the time. The place is very spacious and just beautiful. Contactless check-in is very easy and fast. There are cotton towels included. The bathroom is spacious and well equipped. The whole place was super clean. It's a pity we stayed there only for one night. I recommend a longer stay as this place is just magic.

The location is very easy to find, free parking lot for guests. The conditions exceeds any expectation for 2 stars. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for a hairdryer and we got it immediately. Anyone who wants a fair priced accomodation with excellent conditions should consider this place.

Great hiking trails but you really need a car to get around.

Great hiking trails but you really need a car to get around. We were on foot which limited what we could do. We walked over 12 km daily and did very little. Most of the places to visit were out of reach.

The owners were very helpful and we were offered very early check-in since the apartment was available. There was also a parking space in the garage for us as well. The flat is well equipped and the surroundings are very quiet so we spend a lot of time outside at the terrace. The neighboring Solkan, Nova Gorica and river Soča as well as local hills and vineyards are easily accessible by walk. And the best is the vicinity of our favourite Reservoir Dogs Brewery. The owners are really nice and kind and we had an inspiring chat as well.

Lipa is a small and pleasant hotel, conveniently located in the center of the village, very clean, with good services and very helpful staff. Rooms are a little bit old-fashioned, but still comfortable. In general, you may feel very well there, with a fair treatment. Breakfast is decent, though not extraordinary. The restaurant is surprisingly good and provides a convenient solution for dinner and for sipping a glass of wine or beer.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful and live in another part of the property. They recommended good places to eat and were very flexible with checkout. The property is just outside Nova Gorica - but still within walking distance of the train station and bus station.

The service was wonderful. Same staff as in the restaurant downstairs where we had our best meal in Slovenia, here on our first night. The waiting staff were so knowledgeable and welcoming. The room was comfortable and close to the train station which was ideal.
