I tend to avoid vacations in Slovakia due to bad past experiences, but this stay pleasantly surprised me. The receptionist was amazing, exceptionally professional, and helpful. If I were the owner of the hotel, I would reward her generously because such excellent staff in hospitality is rare. The breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection, and the dinners served at the Kamzík restaurant were absolutely great. I also have to praise the restaurant staff for being very kind and attentive.

The apartment is very comfortable especially for a family, it’s spacious and light, we loved wooden floors and round table for family meals. Also the kitchen was convenient and full of useful appliances. Spacy hall makes it easy to handle skiboots and winter clothing.

We had such a good time at the pension Budzak. Even when we couldn’t handle the daily breakfast time in the morning, the host gets us a lunch package in the evening. It was very clean, the staff very friendly. We come back.
