Amazing place with everything you need to rest. Super breakfast on the beach 50 m from hotel. The owner - Alexander - created beautifull place. We spent two amazing days there! I sincerely recommend for a holiday. I give this place 12 :)

This is a gem of a place. The room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. They spared no expense in making our stay the best it could be. It was great to have a washing machine and the pool was in beautiful condition. The location is prime - close to the beach and vibey areas, while still being nice and quiet. By far the best part of our stay was our host, Mr Ping. He was efficient, friendly, exceptionally helpful and just a great spirit to be around. I’ve never see such a high level of care given - from creating google maps pages with links to all recommended places in the area and island (labelled for occasion and cost), to giving us a lift to our next accommodation (which most hosts wouldn’t do), to helping us pay for a stay on a different island completely, and just generally giving us a window into local life. We extended our stay and we would have stayed longer if we could have, for sure.

We had a room with a large balcony and it was great. It was a large and cosy room with a big and comfortable bed and good sitting space. The bathroom and shower were great with good pressure and hot water. The employees at the frontdesk are really nice and helped us with everything. Also the people at the bar and restaurant are very friendly. We had a great time and I would recommend the place. Would love to come back when I'm around.

Great chilled resort on the beach. Everything you need; clean pool, good food and drinks, fast wi-fi, bike hire and trip/ferry bookings. Shout out to Joe on the bar who makes you feel very welcome. Seems the owners are about daily and continually making improvements.

    I choose to stay in Bann Tai for its central location. There are much nicer locations on the island to stay, however if you are like me, and like to explore, then this location is best as its in the middle of the coast line, and its close to central heart road ways that take you to any part of the island quickly.

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area.

    I don't drive, so I walked around a lot this area. I really enjoyed Wat Khao Tham and Apichada view point where I can visit by walk. There are lots of tasty local food with reasonable price. Especially I liked MAMA local restaurant. Also, I liked carrot cake from Croissant & Ko. They have lots of cakes and pastry it was difficult to chose!!! You can see the sunset from the beach.

    This side of the island is considered the most alive as it is close to the pier and there are a lot of bars, street markets and super markets. I would recommend it as a convenient option for accomodation.

Hotel is near some lovely restaurants and very easy to hire a bike to explore the island The view from the hostel is amazing and you are right on the beachfront to relax

    It is literally on the beach. The hotel is made up of bungalows on either side of a path that leads to the beach. The staff are great and helpful. Internet is good. Hotel has a taxi that can be ordered. Taxi driver was very helpful getting us to our next stay. Didn't leave us until we were sorted.

    The room was nice and big with a spacious balcony. The best part was they had a fan which comes in very handy as temperature can sometimes get hot and humid. Location is decent, a small quaint beach 50 metres behind the hotel and muay thai ring and seven eleven 50 metres in front.

    Very nice cozy resort with good vibes and great staff. Cabins are big, facilities are there and bed is good. For me Baan Tai is the best location of the island, quiet, central and nice beaches.
