I’d like to express my deepest satisfaction of staying here. It was, perhaps, better decision. The room space, furniture, sound proofing panoramic windows, and, last but not least, The View are awesome! Room service and restaurant deserve a special thanks. Even during sudden power shortage (whole district) they kept on duty and fed people and tried to make the evening better. Wifi coverage was not good at pool area, but bandwidth is well enough for social media and video. Parking lot was available every time we got back.

I appreciate how the hotel handle free water for customers sharing Glass bottle with quests avoiding unnecesary plastic, having water without microplastic.water is made by three machines at a hotel from the air humidity. It is great example of how small act can do big things. And also no need to pay for it . Thank you for that and i Hope more hotel will take this as an example. Also handling towels not needed to change everyday only when quest need it ,put it on a floor ,which is common in Europe but also not in every hotel in Asia is saving water supplies and money like this and I believe it makes big difference at the end. I also appreciated preparation of the hotel with necessary instructions at the arrival which can avoid future missunderstaning , tips and tricks .I suggest to read it,it Will make your stay better. We were very happy with our stay, feeling cozy and safe. Staff was always supportive and friendly. Nothing was problem, I can only recommend. It was simple, clean place few meters far from beach with goods access to night market or big golden Budha. Also surrounded by good local cheap restaurants and laundry service. Everything eesy to find on google maps with ratings so you can make choise.

Amazing host and staff. Great location near lots of restaurants and a cute small beach. We really liked the bungalow and gardens. The best however was all that Chai and Augustin did for us. From the first communication , the warm reception when we arrived, all the information provided and when I got sick and needed to be in hospital for 2 days they helped my family and me with everything. They really made the difference and I can't thank them enough. I can honestly say that they really care about their guests and they make sure that you ll have a wonderful stay and beyond! Amazing place but the staff and owner makes it even better! Thanks for all. We absolutely loved it.

    There are only two bungalows facing the beach and they are AMAZING!! We did not want to leave our hotel. Some of the other rooms looked nice too but faced the garden walkway. One bungalow faced a concrete wall. You get what you pay for. Loved this place so much.

    Very close to the airport, 10 min by car, perfect for the first few days on the island or the last few prior to departure. Next time i will stay the first 5 days here to get off the jetlag, and the last 2 day before heading out. the ferry to koh phangan is, depending on the hotel, in walking distance.

    More than a couple of nights here is enough as there is very little to do at nights. If you get a motorbike though it becomes one of the best places to stay as everywhere else is within an easy journey. The hotel restaurants are generally better than the established burger/pizza/steak places. Not saying they're bad but there there are better available. There seem to be fewer local Thai eateries around than used to be the case however the ones that are there are pretty good. Discovered a lovely little cafe/restaurant that I thought at first was purely Vegan but caters for all tastes and the food is all healthy and stuff...not a bad thing after a night on the beverage of choice. The other thing you should be aware of is that now cannabis has been legalised there are shops and "cafes" everywhere...even a very nice "up market" restaurant that has a full a la carte menu of cannabis infused food in addition to the standard menu items...interesting concept. To sum up I do the bookends thing, couple of days at the start and end of the Samui trip as the airport is just around the corner...works for me

    Staying at U Samui right on the beautiful Bangrak beach was fantastic. Very relaxing and if you get too warm you can have a swim in the sea. Eating in U Samui restaurant was lovely good food with a great view over the sea.

    Bangrak Beach is certainly not the nicest area on Koh Samui...

    Bangrak Beach is certainly not the nicest area on Koh Samui but it's conveniently close to the airport and the Bangrak Beach Pier to take the ferry over to Koh Phangang. Therefore a good place to spend a night if your flight arrives/departs too late/early for the ferry to Koh Phangang.

    Lovely hotel, staff were very helpful, the bed was so comfy I slept very well here! So well that I stayed 2 nights instead of 1. The TV has Netflix, Prime, YouTube so great for staying indoors. Outside is a little market perfect for dinner. Near 7/11 too! Fridge and microwave very useful. Thank you!!
