Needed a wee break from it all so liked the look of palmsuay resort. It was sonkran so expected it to be busy. However it was very quiet place just what me and my son needed. Great swimming pool which I underused as had to leave during the day. Near Trat so not far to drive if you need anything. Nice resort only thing lacking was a resteraunt in site but things to eat quite near so no problem.

Very quiet laid back experience at this lovely resort. There were not many guests when we were here. It felt like we had our own private resort. We found our room to be comfortable, quite large, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable The AC worked well, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. The swimming pool was very warm and every morning it was cleaned by the maintenance worker. The nearby river is very pretty and it is very relaxing to sit in the gazebo by the river as the sun sets. Most of all, however, the staff were all very friendly. The reception young woman was particularly helpful, helping us by making arrangements for a taxi twice. Lastly, the food was excellent.

The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and helpful. The property is spotlessly clean and the room we had was large, comfortable and had a lovely balcony overlooking the canal. The hotel is very near to the Main Street but not noisy at all. We loved our stay here and will return when next in Trat.

we stayed just one night but i can imagine 1-2nights more, lovely place, personal, clean room, destination in cute street just around the corner from centre. just we had a room without window, what was ok for us in this situation, but good to know.

Simple toast breakfast was good and the location was great for me

Trat is a great place to spend the night and explore the old neighborhood near the river. Rimklong Suite (and Rimklong Boutique Hotel almost next door) is situated right in the middle of this area, which was our main reason to choose for this place. You can easily walk anywhere. We loved the quiet streets of this part of town, really authentic, and the local people around are extremely friendly. Our room was huge, perfect to re-pack our bags before flying home next day. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The Suites were run by the lovely sister of the helpful Mr. Tun (of the Boutique Hotel); not much English she spoke, but still it was easy and nice to communicate with her. And her brother (Mr. Tun) was never far away to give you all the useful information you’d need to have a perfectly comfortable stay in his town. It was a pleasure to stay in Rimklong Suite and we definitely would return on a next visit to Trat!

Big room, big bed, with heaps of storage room for clothes and bags. Also a work desk and table and 2 chairs. Super fast internet and good air con.. Spotlessly clean. Heaps of parking available. Good breakfast and good location on the main road. Not far from the night market.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I had such a wonderful stay here. The hotel is rather new, really clean, cozy and the rooms are beautiful. Stayed in one of the “white” rooms and it was amazing. Comfy bed, nice and clean bathroom. It was floor to ceiling windows facing the garden (woke up with a beautiful view of green trees and blue skies). You can hear the birds sing. The service was phenomenal. They helped me advising on how to get the best price from the airport and even offered a better price for the taxi (kwaetong) to the laem sok pier for koh kood. I would have loved to stay one more day to explore trat and the area. Trat town is completely tourist free and you get the real local experience here. There is the best pad Thai place just up the road (they only make pad Thai - 2 versions - and it’s the best I have had. Everything is within walking distance. The small food market has amazing food and the best mango sticky rice with black rice (I think it was better than the Michelin recommended place Kor Panich in Bangkok). I really wish I had known that trat town and region is so nice - then I would have booked more days here to explore. I think it would be awesome if the hotel could write a few things on booking.com about places to visit around trat and perhaps even arrange a 1 day tour to the countryside to see the beautiful landscape combined with a town tour (perhaps finishing at the food market). I am sure that so many tourists would love this place. I think it would attract tourists to stay longer (I definitely wish I had booked one more day or even two days more to explore trat region more). Again absolutely wonderful and really loved it here :0) and thank you so much to the wonderful staff at the hotel :0)

Very good modern hotel, perfect place for the night before heading to Koh Chang. Spacious rooms, nice bathroom with shower cabin. Much better value than anything close to the sea.
