    Kata is a lovely beach There are some expensive hotels that are directly fronting the beach and so their staff clean the beach each day. Beach chairs are available but not so many that they cannot be avoided if you just want to walk on the beach. At the time of year I was there the main activity was surfing at the southern end with many people taking lessons. Some nice cafes right on the beach at the southern end which is the nicest part.

    Our first time it was exceptional,the staff was great.Our room was the most impressive,especially the view of the beach from the balcony.Lots of great resturant around to choose from.Also 7/11 close by Easy to get around we did the night market zoo shopping mall.

    It's a long beach, not too crowded, and quite clean.

    It's a long beach, not too crowded, and quite clean. You can get a 2 chairs under the umbrella for 100 THB for the whole day, they even give you a hand broom to brush off the sand and a bottle of water. There is a clean toilet nearby which you can use spending 10 THB.

    beautifull beach that can be busy and too much waves in the afternoon. And if you like to swim and quiet like me, the best is in the morning but then again I was there in a low season (raining) so nice for a week

    Beautiful beach clean not crowded perfect to have a great time with family there is a small restaurant near the beach they sell fish and chips the most delicious and fresh seafood we had eaten at a cheap price

    Great beach and plenty of things to do. Ate mostly at 2 chefs. Once again friendly great food and prices great as well,Mom tri kitchen. Very nice place with amazing views,also friendly staff and great food

    The staff - especially Bow, Bas and Yumi, were amazing and made sure my stay was to my liking. I appreciated them changing my room as I lacked privacy on the poolside and accepting a late check-out too. As it is a small hotel, very oriented around well-being, I also found the other guests very friendly and easy to connect with. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to various central areas in Phuket which makes it easy to get around. I really enjoyed the different yoga classes too. All in all an amazing stay and I hope to be back.

    We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Kata Beach, Phuket. The reception staff were absolutely amazing – special thanks to Dew, Film, and Chaba who were always kind, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They truly made our stay more enjoyable with their excellent service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for not only a great location, but also outstanding staff who genuinely care about their guests.

    Our stay at the hotel was excellent! We stayed for about 10 days, and the room was very beautiful. The breakfast had countless options, and everything was delicious! On our last day, since we had to leave very early in the morning, they prepared a breakfast box for us to take along! The staff was polite and always smiling. The next time we choose to visit Phuket, we will definitely stay here again.

    We really enjoyed our 8 night stay at Aurico. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool is huge, with a swim up bar and was perfect in the Phuket heat. The breakfast had a lot of international and Thai options, and we especially loved the egg and noodle station. The hotel is in a convenient location - close to restaurants and shops, but it also felt quiet and private.

Perfect private beach, with clean golden sands at your doorstep, numerous pools to choose from, kids club, kids pools, very good restaurant's within the hotel and along the street behind. Katathani is a quiet location yet close enough to enjoy everything Phuket has to offer
