There are lots of stalls for bargain hunters, heaps of food options and of course a variety of nightlife spots to keep you entertained. Choose your timing, if you want to avoid crowds then don't go in the evening. You can book all your tours at one of the many outlets. And you'll find the best exchange rates at the currency exchange booths. Be prepared for people to be constantly trying to get your attention for goods and services. Patong Beach is full of life — clean water, soft sand, and always something happening around. You’ll find beach activities all day and a great vibe in the evening with music and food stalls nearby. It can get a bit crowded, especially around sunset, but that’s part of the energy that makes Patong fun.
