Kids club was very popular with my 6 year old. They have a teen club for 8-15 year olds that had video games and bean bags which my 8 year old liked. Multiple pools with enough shallow areas that suit kids who aren’t super confident with swimming yet. Water slide was used endlessly by my 8 year old. I also like that it had a convenient store across the street and loads of restaurants on the beach as well as Tuk tuks ready to take you wherever you wanted to go right outside. There also were atms and a money exchange across the street.

I was greeted with very friendly and welcoming staff. They made me feel honoured to be there. I also thoroughly enjoyed the fine details placed in the branding of the hotel. The beautiful and elegant banana smells from the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soaps. The blu monkey logo on all the towels and gowns in the room. The hotel put alot of effort into the branding and the look which is very beautiful and stunning. It's modern and neat. There was a welcome drink when we entered and the free coffee/tea/cocoa stand in the reception that was also nice. The location is convenient as there are many shops around and a 7 eleven just diagonally across. The area is very upclass and pretty. The common areas are modern and stylish, and there are multiple board games for your choosing and to add to that, there is a ps5 for anyone that enjoys gaming. Checking in and out was lovely and seemlessly done and the staff were very helpful.

It was clean and great location. Very calm area. It takes around 30 min from the airport to the hotel. Close to city center (8 minutes walk) and the beach. If you wish to visit the old town, then it takes around 40 min. They also have a free shuttle that drops you off at the beach or the city center. Breakfast was amazing. I even did my laundry at the hotel. Super easy and fast. My friend and I chose to go to Phi Phi island by booking through the resort and it was so WELL organized. We paid around 3100 Baht per person, the mini van picked us up the next morning and drove us to the pier. Lunch and others activities were included on the boat trip. Yes, you can probably get it cheaper somewhere else but you’re not really saving that much. Everything on the boat tip was so easy and smooth. I would highly recommend to book it through the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

location is great with 2BHK loft room exceeded expectations ,..view was amazing and staff very well trained and courteous yoga session in morning was bonus and it was great way to start day ,..but could only do once during 4 days stay due to early booked sight seeing

    Room for improvement to be clean and well organised to manage shops, restaurants, and massages to welcome tourists from around the world. Now is dirty not only because of trash from the waves but also on the beach with all shops - does not clean their own area. Recommend Bangtao Beach from the middle up towards the north to Layan Beach.

    I always looked fwd to going down to the beach to get a great massage, free loungers & friendly people. Alot of new development happening around the area, but lots of little shops & restaurants to visit & a great tattooist - Shark tattoo Be careful of some of the taxis though, outside the supermarket they tried to charge twice the amount as they could see we were tourists. We used Grab the whole time we were there.

    Not best option in Phuket, too little entertainments around, you need to go too much for markets, poor choice of restaurants around, no nice massages. Large width of beach is the only advantage More southern parts of phuket (Karon, Kata) can provide more rich and nice experience

    Friday night market in Boat Avenue was great! We ate lots of delicious foods and this was our favourite night market that we have visited in Asia. Bang Tao beach is clean and in close proximity to other beaches as well.

    Bang Tao is a beautiful beach and to stay in the area means...

    Bang Tao is a beautiful beach and to stay in the area means that you are never very far from it. It's very quiet (compared to areas like Patong!) and I loved walking the beach at sunset to find one of the lovely beachfront bars or seafood restaurants. It's also quite an easy scooter (I use Grab) ride to Nai Thon beach which is gorgeous, with a strip of markets, shops, massage spots and more bars and cafes.

    The beach was amazing; you just need to be careful during nighttime because the water starts moving forward. Along the beach, there are many cafes and restaurants. We loved the fire show in Nomad Cafe.

    We were pleased to see the resort was not far from the beach. The room was bigger than expected. The price during off season was great for 5 nites, but we opted out after 2 nites and went across the road (beach front) to a 4star hotel with all the service and extras for not much more. The reception area was a bit telling...run down, and indicated the hotel was tired and in need of some updating. Breakfast was basic at best and lacked understanding of tourist exoectations. Still our brief stay was value for $$.

    Beach is one of the best in Phuket - so clean and we swam in the sea everyday. It was perfect! Breakfast and restaurant was excellent so much choice and when we did eat in the evenings, the food was lovely, fresh, with plenty of choice. Staff were so nice - always polite, professional, smiling and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, massage places nearby and on the beach. Room was so spacious and claen with a seaview - perfect. Best sunsets from the hotel.

    The hotel resort offers good value for the price. While the furniture is somewhat outdated and we encountered some mosquitoes in the room, the space was very generous for our family. The staff was professional, welcoming, and quick to respond to any requests. The resort provides a well-organized tour package, and the beach is stunning. The location is decent, with good restaurants and souvenir shops nearby.

Big positives were 3 huge cools, heaps of variety at the breakfast buffet and the spa. -The area is nice and quiet with lots of colourful local run bars and a very handy 7/11 right across the road
