Very clean rooms, bathroom and common space. (2 shared toilets and 2 showers for 4 room, toiletries was available in the showers) Anjar (the host) was very helpful. He picked us from the Nathon harbor when we arrive and dropped us to Lipa Noi harbor when we are leaving and he didn’t charge anything for these. Microwave, free water, coffee and tea in the common area all day long and we love the peaceful feeling of the garden. The scooter that they arranged for us was in good condition. 11 points out of 10.

Everything was great - boutique resort with family atmosphere, located on a more isolated side of the island which was great. The beach was almost private and felt pristine - the view from restaurant area was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We would definitively stay there once again!

We stayed at Nikki Beach Hotel for eight days as a family with three children, and had a truly perfect experience. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, the music was great, the food was delicious, the location was amazing, and everything was spotlessly clean. Everything was simply perfect – we couldn't have asked for more. A special thanks to Rein, the fitness instructor, who gave us a wonderful and energizing experience.     Lipa Noi is beautiful.

    Lipa Noi is beautiful. Definitely the more reserved part of the Island but if you want a night out there are a few areas about 20-30 mins away by moped or their Grab car service. One of these areas was Fishermans village about a 30 min moped ride. Tons of Restaurants and shopping right on the beach. Closer ti the resort was the Great area if you prefer a nice mix of relaxation and fun on your vacations People are so friendly and accommodating.

    When in Koh Samui stay on the Westside of the Island to...

    When in Koh Samui stay on the Westside of the Island to experience the wonderful sunsets. In Nathon theres a street food market everyday. You need a motorbike to get around Koh Samui. June Thai food is very good and authentic cuisine, Chill-Inn beach café is nice to hang out. Lipa Lodge is great to stay. Visite the close Na Muang Waterfalls.

    Lovely place to stay on Koh Samui - away from the mass-tourism of Chaweng and Lamai. No other place on Lipa Noi beach can really beat their beachfront rooms. Overall, friendly and service-minded staff, well-equipped rooms, good room-service, good breakfast, and beautiful pool and views. It was hard not to love this place. We only tried the restaurant a few times and thought it was OK, but there are some good alternative restaurants in the vicinity, such as Mom's Kitchen.

    Amazing property, if anyone needs peace and happiness, this is the right place away from city chaos and right in front of the beach. Villa was huge with pool inside and very clean . Breakfast was amazing with good options. They provide free kayak and surf board. It is near to Lipa noi pier around 1.5 kms, you can take raja ferry from Koh Samui. Scooter rental is also available with reasonable price. Overall great experience. Will definitely recommend it.

    We only stayed at this hotel for one night and we thought that was such a shame. This place is absolutely beautiful. The gardens and beach are so pretty and well maintained, and there is a lot of thought for detail. The Vila itself was amazing, enormous and equipped with anything we needed. People at reception were really nice and helpful.
