I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and one of the highlights was their after-hours check-in service. I arrived late in the evening, and the staff had everything set up for a smooth and hassle-free process. The instructions were clear, and the self-check-in system was incredibly convenient. It made my arrival so much less stressful, especially after a long day of travel. It’s great to see a hotel that understands the importance of flexibility for guests arriving at odd hours. Highly recommend for anyone with a late arrival!

I liked the privacy and trust by BAAN 125. We felt like we were staying in our own appartment without constant bother by other guests or staff. Cleaning staff were giggly and very helpful, hotel staff communicated via WhatsApp and they were very helpful even i boiled on a wrong date one night they accommodated our needs by offering hotel room last minute action. Absolutely everything. The VerdiGris is classy, well decorated, comfortable and extra clean hotel. The staff is super helpful and they care great care of their guests tendering at every detail. Tong, hour night careperson was simply great providing tea and biscuits and being absolutely attentive to every need. Another absolutely great feature of the hotel is their choice of local breakfast- real local and very tasty thai food which has been one of the best we tried during our stay in Thailand.

The Woo hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff were all so helpful. From the moment we arrived and the check in staff were so welcoming and gave us a lovely cold drink on arrival, took up our bags and explained a bit about the room and booked us a taxi to the airport when we left. The girl in the breakfast room is also super polite. The hotel is old style and absolutely spotlessly clean. The room we got was really big with a lovely big bathroom and a safety deposit box. We got complimentary snacks on arrival and water every day. The hotel couldn't have been in a better location in old town phuket near everything. The breakfast is ordered the day before from a very good selection of asian and other choices like omlettes, fried eggs, ham and cheese croissants. Loved our stay there and can't recommend it enough.

    A lovely, walkable old town, with sino-portugese buildings, some great little restaurants, and easy access to many islands, as well as the rest of Phuket. Always worth a night or two as part of any trip to the area.

    Old town is lovely romantic.

    Old town is lovely romantic. Don’t miss the Sunday market the food options are endless and all delicious. I favoured Michelangelos bar as the staff treated me like family. And several nearby restaurants served some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. A lot to do in old town but be sure to also visit the beaches. I would stay near the beach and visit old town when not on the beach

    Lots of places to eat & drink and everything I tried was deleicious. It's a much quieter alternative to other locations in Phuket but has enough going on if you want a quieter, more laid back experience. The Sunday Night markets were a great distraction and had a huge amount of stalls with everything from food, crafts and clothing.

    The bustle and lively vibe of Phuket Old town is well worth visiting. We loved the evening market on Sunday night - it’s got to be experienced. The architecture mixed with the smells and tastes and sounds is something you’ll love if you like shopping and food. The out of centre shopping centres are also very good, clean, and full of great brands. The royal marina is lovely too - worth a visit and especially if you’re going to one of the many islands.

    We stayed in old town, which was quiet and perfect for us. We did go to Patong beach and Bangla road for the nightlife and for the experience, it was a lot of fun! 2 nights was a perfect amount of time in Phuket for us!
