United StatesThe cave hotel was quaint and quiet. The staff was kind and helpful. They helped arrange tours of the town and surrounding areas. The dinner was tasty (they were able to accommodate a vegetarian easily) and the handwoven carpets (for purchase) are beautiful!

United KingdomTrue rural Tunisian hospitality from the Amazighe family who run the dar. A brilliant place to stay if you like being off the beaten track and want a genuine taste of how local Tunisians live. My room was beautifully decorated with traditional rugs and woven shawls and was cosy and comfortable. I was so well looked after by 3 generations of the family who came up in the evening, when we all shared a meal together. There are 3 lovely friendly dogs, a magnificent cat, 2 peacocks and several goats on the dar as well. My dog did not want to leave as she had made so many friends there.
