Everything! The general manager Chekib was awesome! Chef s Mario of the Restaurant prepared an amazing dinner to us. But were not only them. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the amazing staff. OLFA, TAIEB and EL FAHEM, at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful. From the moment I checked in, EL FAHEM’s warm smile and efficient service made me feel at home. OLFA arranged with my towels and warm smiling all the time with great hospitality . TAIEB went above and beyond, helping me arrange parking and recommending a fantastic restaurant for eating. TAIEB was so attentive, always ready to answer my questions about local attractions with great patience. Their professionalism and friendliness truly elevated my experience. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again just for their outstanding service!

The staff were absolutely amazing! They made my stay as comfortable and as cozy as possible. The food was delicious and facilities were on point. The location is set in a picturesque town and is super safe for tourists, near to the Medina and the ocean. Go go go!
