I stayed in this hotel with my wife for 5 nights. I work in the tourism industry myself and I have to mention that I am a very big fan of the founder of Four Seasons. I know all his thoughts about service and the hotel industry and respect these ideas with great euphoria. For this reason I cannot give a bad mark, although the service in the hotel was extremely poor. We had to wait about 60 minutes at reception for our room to be ready (no problem at all). However, they didn't manage to bring us at least a glass of water in over 30 minutes. We had a nice room with a large terrace. In the first day I went to the reception because I wanted to connect my Ipad to the TV. I wanted an adapter for that. They didn't have such an adapter (no problem either); only the answer was funny. The gentleman at the reception said that only Android devices can be connected to the TV; that's rubbish. Then I ordered a taxi, drove to an electronics store and bought an adapter. After 30 minutes I had my adapter and of course I was able to connect my Ipad to the TV without any problems... What a pity! On the third night Me and my wife wanted to eat at a restaurant outside the hotel. I went to the concierge early that day and asked the lady there to make a reservation for me. In the evening I went to the reception with my wife to order a taxi to the restaurant. The lady at the concierge told me that the restaurant is not accepting guests that night. I was shocked and asked why I wasn't informed in time. So I could arrange a reservation at another restaurant. After that it started to get scary. The lady at the concierge said she already called my wife. She said that my wife told her that she arranged something else! But that was not the case. After I said she didn't speak to my wife, she said the room numbers were mixed up. That shouldn't happen with a Four Seasons. She should just apologize and arrange a new reservation instead of doing cheap tricks.

    Four Seasons is a lovely place to relax with the family.

    Four Seasons is a lovely place to relax with the family. I suggest a 5 day visit so one can then plan day trips to Hammamet and Djerba as well. one could also spend 3 days at four seasons hotel and then 2 nights in Hammamet if you really want to enjoy a beach.

    I highly advise not bring anything valuable to Le Palace, Unfortunately I have been subject to theft. The hotel Maintenance deliberately turns off the air compressor regularly and leaves their residents soaking in their sweat. Breakfast is more like refugee food in the 19th century. Unless you have been stranded on a deserted island, living on grass, worms and sea weed , no normal human being could eat their food.

    Air con not working they never bothered to fixed it although we was promised 3 times. Toilet broken and shower leaking on to floor my little son had accident and got hurt we again promised another room but not fulfilled. My son was attacked by 2 bug wild dogs gladly did not get seriously hurt. The indoor pool was freezing cold. We had to check out few days early and lost our money worth

    A/C was not working housekeeping is making up beds without cleaning the room room service no one answer and when answer most of the item on the menue is not available even hamburger !!!! unsuitable behaviour of some single guests at the pool some of my belongings stolen at the poolside

    Most of the time I was happy withe hotels but this time I feelt robbed.the securite of la terraza hé didnt let me in to the bar and hé was impolite and cocky. pictures was from many years ago prices over raited. I had to asque for tawels and they were not clean.a lot of thinks were brooking.we was verry desepointed withe 2 rooms breakfast was verry basic peopel withe no badge no security tchirt ask you all the time what are you doing here I will never recommende this hotel to no one

    The truth is less than my expectations is empty like dead hotel and the receptionist no warming the informations are not satisfying , food is so bad everything is conjugated as fish and meat and few choices and very expensive and worthless the philipino guy is nice the girl who work in the store is very nice girl anyway am not satisfied and not happy with my stay
