Very posh and upmarket. Lots of security and checks. Spacious rooms, easy access. Lots of convenient toilets placed all round. Attentive ground staff, and polite cleaners. The package which the hotel offers is very good, the support of the hotel staff (organizing tours, Tixi, etc.) exceptional. Everything else (breakfast, room, aircondition, cleanliness) at least matched or exceeded my expectations. Coffee and water available at any time.

    The graffiti art in Djerbahood is definitely worth visiting...

    The graffiti art in Djerbahood is definitely worth visiting as is the nearby ancient synagogue. Hamt soukh is interesting but beware of some of the traders as they can be so pushy and hence over priced. Dont be afraid to bargain hard. There are some amazing quiet beaches that are off the beaten track that taxis will take you too and pick up and they are so inexpensive it is cheaper than getting a hire car. We had a four hour tour with a driver for only £35. We visited during Rammadan so there were limitations of bars and restaurants but not at the hotels.

    A lovely hotel resort with villas divided into large apartments with kitchen, seating area, tv and large comfortable bedrooms. The staff were very friendly and attentive, particularly Marwen (despite being an Arsenal fan and taunting me about Spurs!), Farhad and Sofiene and the rest. They arranged a hamam, laundry (my clorhes came back sealed in polythene and looking brand new!) and other requests. A very relaxing time spent by the pool drinking Pina Coladas!

    Best annimation for the children and for adults! Generally very good food for all the tastes. The hotel is good for the children, there is also pool with slides for the children of different ages, but the sea and sun at the beach is as beatifull as everywhere @djerba, but for a reasonable price.

    So the hotel was nice, the rooms were spacious. Spa was good as well but you need to pay for services and it is as expensive as europe. The food was good as well. Beach was nice and clean. Nice indoor swimming pool but small.
