I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Nirvanas Hotel during a business trip, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Despite arriving earlier than planned, the team was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check in early. This thoughtful gesture was a huge relief after a long journey and set the tone for the exceptional service I experienced throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Caner, who ensured every aspect of my visit was seamless. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach made me feel like a truly valued guest. Whether it was arranging amenities in the suite or ensuring I had everything needed for my meetings, he was always available and ready to assist. I also want to express my gratitude to Mr. Erdi for their outstanding support. Their professionalism, warm demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile greatly contributed to the comfort of my stay. It’s evident that the entire team at The Nirvanas Hotel takes great pride in delivering world-class service. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for both business and leisure travelers. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made it a wonderful place to relax and work. It was only a night short stay. But it was truly amazing experience. the manger Mr.Caca Javas was truly nice to me and hospitality , one of best friendly experience. i actually forgot my things at my room refregirator but they were keeping it and I could pick it up very quickly. Also, the Mr, Savas was very friendly and truly nice. I ordered Room service and it had small mistake as brought a wrong item in my order but they gave it for free and they immediately brought missing item. I had best experience I ve ever had. And i definitely come back this hotel when I visit Istanbul.

    The hotel away for everything and no one on guard room or reception speak any language but Turkish and the phone number not respond, to get a key need to open roaming your international number which I don’t have it There is no blanket and linen small to queen bed Ac broken and no hangers in dressing closet the shelves in tiny bathroom was broken( I have pictures for all this problem which was in room 56 block a in 7 floor

    It is a newly built neighbourhood.

    It is a newly built neighbourhood. I prefer not to stay in the city centre as a neighbourhood slightly far from the centre gives me better access to all sides and parts of the city. Of course, you need to have a car. There is a lively high street where you can find all you need. As it is a newly built neighbourhood, expect to see construction work both on the roads and on new buildings.

    Quiet hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

    Quiet hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Especially when I arrived post midnight and hungry! I didn't get much chance to get round the neighbourhood but seemed well connected by car to the places I was going to.
