We arrived well before the usual check-in time, and our room was kindly prepared few hours earlier. Moreover we were allowed to have breakfast and lunch before check-in. The provided room was also better than the one we booked, making our single-night stay exceptionally comfortable. The hotel has nice indoor pool next to three different saunas, as well as too outside pools, which is perfect for guests with kids. Turkish food is generally very good, and the hotel offers great variety of dishes and enough selection of drinks, including doses of cooled fresh water. Very nice personal, and willing-to-help guest-relations persons. Absolutely recommendable place to stay!

Service is excellent. All the receptionists were very helpful during our stay. Hospitality excellence. Reception is 24/7, which is best if your check-in is late and check-out very early. The unit we're in is VERY clean. They even have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and liquid soap that can last for a week for the entire family. There's AC in every room. The swimming pool is shallow, and it's best for kids when they're too tired to walk to the beach. KONYAALTI beach is just an 8 to 10 minutes walk. One thing my husband and I noticed is the calming scent that you smell as soon as you enter the Apartelle building. It smells soooo good that going home from a tiring walk and heat outside you will surely be calmed by the amazing smell that greets you upon entering. The yard is well kept. We highly recommend this property, especially for families with smaller kids. Thank you for making our stay and vacation an unforgettable one.

Been there for 3 weeks on workation. The staff are gold. Everything you can ask for - they politely will do and even more. Nice location, far from the touristic noise and busy roads. Chill pool area with nice bar. Lovely hotel tabby cat. Beds are comfy, shower is great - water pressure, always hot. WiFi in the rooms 500 Mbs (!), lobby 10 Mbs. Thanks a lot to all - management and employees, we will return!
