My husband and myself absolutely loved the hotel and the property. Is located in safe place and is managed by the family. Mustafa was extremely helpful with everything and all the information about Cappadocia. As well if you need to do some washing- they can do it for you at a really nice price . Always clean and the bed sheets quality really good . Breakfast very nice every morning , and even if we had to wake up early we had coffee fresh prepared. Absolutely beautiful & unique hotel . Highly recommend! Maria & Slawomir Gibraltar 🇬🇮

We had reserved two rooms for two nights, the cave-like place known in this area. As soon as we entered our room, we could smell a strong smell of damp and mold. There was one dehumidifier that couldn't absorb all the moisture. There was no way we could leave right away because we had a hot air balloon flight booked for the next morning. It was very dusty, sand was falling everywhere from the ceiling and walls. My husband went to sleep in the car. In the few hours inside the room, our clothes absorbed the moisture and smelled bad. After the hot air balloon flight and the breakfast (which was very poor) we left right away. They didn't want to refund us for one night 😡

Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The view on the rooftop and from the restaurant is amazing - perfect for balloon watching. Breakfast is the best I have eaten in Turkey - freshly made, diverse and tasty. Location is also a big plus.
