the staff were all fantastic. always had a smile and ready to help. The location was beautiful., away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. A taste of traditional Turkish village life. The rooms were exceptionally clean and our had a Jacuzzi with running hot termal water. would definitely return to this hotel. Breakfast was not buffet style ( it was served on an individual trays brought to our table) but had everything that a buffet style breakfast had.

We stayed in the hotel for a weekend with my family. The hotel is brand new and spotlessly clean, smells great. The stuff at the reception - Ozan and Melissa are very welcoming and helpful. The food at the restaurant was really tasty and the service was excellent. Great view.

The location of the hotel is very beautiful and the restaurant has a beautiful view. There is a swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children. There is a heater in the pool and the water is warm and the view of the nature and trees of the pool is enjoyable. I thank Ms. Saja special thanks for her good treatment and high ethics and providing services for the comfort of the guests.

My stay at Park inn by radisson was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had a fantastic view of pool. We especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities.

    Termal is an amazing small town, located on the mountain and...

    Termal is an amazing small town, located on the mountain and has mineral hot-springs. Most hotels provide the hot springs water in the hotel. Quiet town, you don't hear the noise of large crowded cities. If you are looking for a place to relax and breath fresh mountain air, this is it. Several nice restaurants serving delicious food, some of them (Zümrüt Restaurant & Vadi Yalova Restaurant) have an amazing mountain view. Lastly, not to forget the people of this town, very kind and friendly.

    The hotel met our expectations. It was warm, there was a free tea break with sweet treats. Wi-fi was of excellent quality.The women's and mixed pool were very warm. The mixed pool was too hot and a bit uncomfortable to stay in for more than 8 minutes. We liked breakfast and dinner - plentiful and varied. There was daily cleaning of the rooms if requested by us, free bathrobes, mineral water. We loved the salt room and sauna. We didn't like that the New Year's dinner ended at the traditional time of 9:30 pm.

    Big, really big apartment and three are two spacious balcony. Nice place to have a meal with family. Good view from the 5th flor to the city, close to main street, supermarkets, bakery and thermal park. All equipment works well. Nothing to complain. The main entrance was locked until 9 am, but the host gave me an extra key from hotel entrance. Really helpful man.

    This hotel is actually in the TOP-3 of the hotels in Yalova Thermal. Friendly and professional staff, excellent location, very good quality of spa services and treatments, good European breakfast, clean and comfortable!
