The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and quiet. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of pillows. There was good AC and hot water. The restaurant staff were also great and there was a wide selection of delicious food and drinks. The restaurant is located on the rooftop where there is awesome views of Mt. Meru. There is an awesome coffee and snack cafe on the ground floor. The gym is state of the art with everything anyone will need for a work out or aerobic session. There are also knowledgeable trainers on site.

A lovely oasis away from the hustle of Arusha! We had a great time here, Jeremiah on reception couldn’t do enough for us and we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional and the breakfast box we took away for our early start was perfect. The bar is also lovely and serves great Twiga Beer!

The location of the hotel is excellent in the center of Arusha, but in contrast to other hotels very quiet with a small park. Personnel is very friendly and supportive. Very personal service. But the best is the restaurant with the food. Big selection and excellent chef.
