    Kryvorivnya is a small mountain village that witnessed some dramatic historical events and was a place where some prominent Ukrainian and Polish writers and politicians lived and worked. There are museums dedicated to those leaders and to local traditions and crafts. Local people still maintain many Hutsul customs. Souvenirs made of sheep wool are for sale here and there, blankets etc. There are few places to eat out there, so it’s better to rent an accommodation with a kitchen and maybe bring some food to your taste, if you travel by car.
