One of the best hotels in Lviv. Very kind staff members and the service was fantastic. They helped us a lot when we had some plan changes - They tried their best to get us another room in the hotel for unplanned extended days.. The room was clean, big and bright - The view on the Rynok Square was adorable. A big thank you to the staff and the cleaning team!

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I did not expect to stay in a modern, nicely designed hotel when I found out I would have to travel to war-torn Ukraine for a conference. Granted, Lviv is far away from the frontline but !FEST Hotel made the contrast between reality and my expectations even deeper.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Lviv Casino & Spa! Everything exceeded my expectations — from the welcoming and attentive staff to the elegant room and the outstanding breakfast (seriously, it’s a real highlight! I had a massage session with Natalia — she is not only a highly skilled professional but also a great listener with a deep understanding of the human body and mind.
