Good hotel with necessary safety issues. Very good location, 5 min to the city center. Perfect view to the lake from the window. Despite of the shortage of electricity in Ukraine the supply of electricity was constant and sustain using the generator. The internet access was good. I highly recommend staying at the Hotel Ternopil for the best view of the lake and continually visiting the city center for great restaurants and cafes. Outside of the center, Kovcheg and Stariy Miln are outstanding theme restaurants that must not be missed! Although there are many parks and museums throughout the city, I find that just sticking to the main square or the lake are all you need to enjoy Ternopil.Guest review byMattUkraine - 10.0

A very tranquil and meditative city that I enjoyed a lot, especially after Kyiv. A picturesque lake with nearby parks alone make the city worthy of visiting. Easy to navigate without a map. Truely historical beautiful centre. If the weather was better (almost November), would definitely enjoy the parks more which I imagine are wonderful in hot weather. Do not visit during rainy weather - or live on the top of the hill, so that water does not splash at you when you walk up the streets leading to the city centre. Ideal place to go outside for a walk even in the late evening. Very good breakfast, very diverse and has everything - meat, vegetables, porriges, desserts, definitely worth its money. Also there is an amazing view on the Pond from the restaurant where you have breakfasts - creates a great atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, really well-prepared. Ternopil is my stop when heading west, and Stella is the best located and best run hotel in Dnipro. It is on the main road, but completely insulated from noise, the staff are exceptional. I recommend this hotel above all others. Security for car parking is complete, reception and check in as good as any hotel in the world, and with on-site Cafe and restaurant you can need nothing more.Guest review byMarkAustralia
