Great value for money. The personnel were great. Location is amazing, very close to City center and many attractions, close to shops and banks. Parking was provided without cost. The restaurant Matisse is great. It has a very well set and secure shelter, which is as comfortable as it can be.

Everybody was always nice. The housekeeper, the cleaning lady and the net manager, all were very nice. You could see both, the humanity and professionalism in them, they were very patient when I tried to speak Ukrainian as a foreigner (despite the fact that it was not their first language). There is nothing I can complain about. I hope to go back in the future.
