This hotel is relatively small compared to some of the major hotels in the US. This made it the ideal place to stay for the week I was there. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating especially the reception staff, Chaz, Erin, Christa and Krista. The hotel was very clean, our room was plenty big enough and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom did not have a bath but had very nice shower and the Dove soaps, shampoos & body lotions were perfect. There are no wardrobes in the rooms but there are plenty of hangers and wall hooks. There is also no coffee and tea making facilities in the room but these are available in the reception area 24 hours a day. I prefer this as there is no need to wash cups and no chance of running out of various items. The breakfast was adequate, I am not a breakfast person so fresh fruit, cereals, fruit juice etc is perfect. For our party the location was very good, we were visiting family for a wedding in Holland, there is a petrol station very nearby which had a small 7 eleven shop, although there is also a good selection of snacks and drinks in the reception area for purchase. The car park was more than ample and on occasions had large trucks parked in it but there was still plenty of space. The hotel has a gym, which some of our party used, it also has a small pool which again was used by some of our party. I enjoyed my stay here and will certainly use it again and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

No exaggeration everything was wonderful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out staff was so attentive, professional kind the building was clean. The rooms were nice and clean. The elevators were clean. Even the pool area was clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best, but that was my opinion

I liked most of the breakfast that was offered, the room it was in, needs some more space to move around in though. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs also. Overall though, it was pretty good. The rooms were ok too. Nothing special. I really liked the pool and hot tub, except the rule of kicking my kids out at a certain time. Even though I understand it, I think it should be left up to the parents not the hotel.
