Perfect for our trip to Disneyland. We spent three nights here and it was very clean, quiet, 12 minute walk to Disneyland with friendly service. Everything we needed for somewhere to sleep at night. Lots of eating places very close by with a great shop round the corner for merchandise if you want to save money buying everything at DL. Would happily stay again.

The Home of Mickey Mouse

Only 40 kilometres from downtown Los Angeles, Anaheim is a modern city in Orange County, California. Best known as the location for Disneyland Resorts, it’s also famous for the largest convention centre on the West Coast, the Anaheim Convention Center.

Founded in 1857 by a group of German wine makers and farmers from Bavaria, the place soon became a rural community filled with orange and lemon groves. You can have a taste of some of the area’s fresh produce at the local Farmer’s Market.

Most people visit Anaheim to experience the wonderful world of Disney characters and stories at the iconic Californian landmark, Disneyland. After the excitement of rides and parades, you can always relax on a beach; famous Sunset Beach is just a short drive away.

    I love the light level of traffic, I can walk everywhere I need to go. The transit system is easily accessible. I really had a great time. Give Mr. Pho a chance, I loved eating there. We also ate breakfast at Denny's on South Harbour, Justice was a great server there. If you go to Disneyland use the free shuttle service, you pay to park at your hotel then you can walk to the shuttle and get in for cheaper than if you pay to park in the parking lot for Disney.

    The city was clean and nice.

    The city was clean and nice. We felt safe walking late at night. There were some mental heath homeless people at night. But durning the day we did not see anyone sketchy. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. We has a car and were able to see other areas that were not as well kept as Anaheim. It would have been nice to have more time to see more of the area.

    All ranges of accommodation from 5-star to hostels and are central to both the Convention Center and Disneyland. A 5-10 minute walk to get to a restaurant, bus, or convenience store. Temperate year round. Layer clothing from mid October to mid March. Easy, quick access to all the beaches and the mountains; Hollywood, Palm Springs; and every micro climate and cultures that richly define southern California!

    If you are going for Disney Land, then it will be fun, but...

    If you are going for Disney Land, then it will be fun, but there is not much else to do here, there are some outlets but with traffic it took us almost 2 hours to make it back to the hotel. We mainly ate at Disney, and we did grub hub food 2 nights. If you are going to Disney and not staying within walking distance to the parks, there is a city shuttle that you can take but be warned, IT TAKES FOREVER to drive by some of the hotels, the drivers are very nice and helpful but we spent alot of time waiting for the shuttle to come by and pick us up, so just be prepared.

    EVERYTHING was PERFECT!!! I forgot to add up a picture. Will recommend this hotel a million times. Thanks to the staff, very professional helpful kind and caring. You guys meet all our expectations. Breakfast was really yummy 😋 We wore able to go and took 2 hours nap pick up dinner and went back to the other park with lots of energy. We cannot wait for our next trip. Thanks for everything

    I wouldn't stay here again the price is really high for the small room the rooms need to be upgraded for sure dingy torn furniture the staff in the morning is nice however the night stuff is very rude the maids woke me up every morning at 6:00 a.m. rolling their loud carts by my window talking very loud

    A great budget motel, exceptionally well located for visiting Disneyland and California Adventure. The receptionist was fantastic and friendly, we had a great chat about the cricket while I was waiting for my uber to the airport. This hotel is exactly what it says on the packet. The rooms are a little dated, but you can see the Disney fireworks from the window!

    I love the Alamo Inn! The flowers and plants are so beautiful and well cared for. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need for a great stay (refrigerator, microwave, cofee machine, comfy beds). The location is great to the Anaheim Convention Center, and it's close to Disneyland too. I loved the hot tub and pool.
