Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean hotel with comfortable beds and great facilities. Ideal location for anyone who wants to explore New York City and then retreat to a quieter suburb. Short walk to Tuckahoe train station which gets you to Grand Central station in 35 minutes.

The staff are amazing. They were always welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clearly renovated from an older style, but tastefully so. The room felt fresh and bright. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices,some of which changed daily. Bus service right outside if you need it and 5 min walk to a substantial supermarket and a Starbucks at the Sheraton, ( if you have to have one). Opposite direction a quick bus ride or Uber to Tarrytown, (closer that White Plains as it turned out), a stunning little town with lots of eateries, some bespoke shops and nive riverside park walk.

Staff is just fantastic, calm, professional, kind. Building is clearly a conversion from residential, so it’s more solid, better finishes, huge rooms. Nicest Residence Inn we’ve ever encountered.

    This is a budget location.

    This is a budget location. It is not corporate or modern in its appearance. It has a 1950s, strip motel look. But it seems to be well run and our room was plenty large and convenient, good television, very comfortable bed, etc. The breakfast is only continental, but that's okay. The owners obviously care about their facilities and level of service. I stayed there happily for three days.

    The rooms were comfy and quiet, clean budget friendly and located in an area where there were some very close and nice restaurants. The Local town was a 5 minute drive away and very quaint. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would return again.

    The room was sparse and certainly a no frills accommodation but the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent for my handicapped mother. The room has no sound insulation and the road noise was very loud all night long.The breakfast was very limited and poor quantity. The website is deceiving attractive and not a true impression of this motel.

    This is advertised as a three star hotel but is a sketchy motel. The constant noise of the cleaning going by at all hours made me wonder if rooms were for rent by the hour... If I had actually known what this place was I never would have stayed here and I have no idea why it has such an incorrect listing here.
