I had a special client event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Arlington/Dallas. We actually had Mike Tyson make a guest appearance at corporate event in their conference room. I have to say Brienna Roberts and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help accommodate. Both my stay and the event went fantastic. Brienna felt like a true collaborative partner.

The lady at the front desk that checked me in was very nice with great customer service. I had a reservation next door that fell through. I was able to book this reservation in 5 minutes and my check in was 5 minutes or less. The lady was very efficient with telling me all what was included with my stay while finishing up the computer work at the same time. I left and came back, there was a man at the front desk that greeted me with a smile. The employees are great and my room was great, Very comfortable.

    Our trip to Arlington was the first one for us and we...

    Our trip to Arlington was the first one for us and we enjoyed it tremendously. The visit was to celebrate family day with our granddaughter at the AT&T Field. It was a wonderful experience and one we hope to have for many more years to come. We shopped at the Cowboys Pro Shop, Lulu Lemon, and several other shops along the mall area. We had Brunch @ Lili's, supper at the Lazy Dog, got ice cream at the Cow Tipping Creamery, and barbecue at Hutchins Barbecue. Our final day there we had breakfast at Denny's. We did not have a bad meal while we were there. Everything was delicious and I would highly recommend.

    Great Place to Stay, Clean, Quiet, the room was amazingly Big and sectioned off for long Stays, Restroom could be a little Bigger but it was Perfect. Very Close to Six Flags and The Stadium. Great Spot

    A beautiful new hotel who external pictures don’t do it justice. Rooms are big and comfortable with super comfortable beds and pillows. The only bad thing was the floodlight shining in the windows at night, but the curtains blocked out most of the lights. Would definitely stay there again!

    We me and my wife spent a great time at Arlington TX we enjoyed the food a vast type of restaurants, we enjoyed the shopping as there all what could like a shopping. More over Arlington located in the middle of several cities like Fort worth and Dallas and many others ,also no body can ignore the fascinating nature there.

    I didn't do much riding around during my visit.

    I didn't do much riding around during my visit. I was there for a college graduation with a group of friends and we actually went out to eat after the graduation but everything else was done at the hotel. There's happy hour and staff allowed us to gather downstairs after hours without any problems and enjoy each other's company. Other guests were friendly and we were all able to have fun without any problems.

    Arlington Texas is awesome!!

    Arlington Texas is awesome!! They offer sports, amusement and water parks, great restaurants, shopping. The people are friendly. Traffic is what you’d expect while attending a sporting event or concert. I won’t lie it can be a bit warm but we lucked out this weekend. The weather was nice. Hope you enjoy your experience in Arlington Texas.

    It was ok but we encountered bed bugs. My brother woke up with bed bug bites all over him. I informed the staff and we were given another room. We woke up the next morning with roaches on the bed. We had expected to enjoy some breakfast and coffee and they had no service at all like they had advertised. Our stay at the hotel was very poor. I do hope they can improve their situation.
