We loved the jacuzzi tub. The staff was incredibly nice and very efficient. We will definitely choose this Sleep Inn if we travel through Youngstown again.

    The staff was very kind and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and almost all general hotel amenities and features were on par. The air system was perfect. The bathroom was very clean. We were on the ground floor and I am disabled so they were accommodating without extra charge. Freezer in the fridge was bigger and actual kept frozen packs frozen. microwave was very nice and effective.

    The hotel was overbooked and did not have a hotel room for me when I arrived at 9:30pm, leaving me and my family stranded. I had a proof of confirmation and they acted as if it was not their fault.

    Location of property and the guy at the front desk was really accomodating and super friendly. Also, I needed a pet friendly hotel and this property charges a reasonable pet fee ($10 per nite).
