    Plenty of stores'.

    Plenty of stores'. At the time of this visit to my granddaughter's house in Haughton, the freeway had serious reconstruction in progress to the area of the motel and my son in law was able to lead us to the motel after dark as the exits to the motel were closed for reconstruction. We are very senior citizens.

    It is a great property very clean and three or four...

    It is a great property very clean and three or four different restaurants you can eat at. I am not a gambler, but my dad is in the hospital so I booked this through booking.com because it was a great price for a very nice property secured parking swimming pool I miss just a great deal and close to the hospital .I’m very happy with this property.

    Food shopping and the aquarium really nice.

    Food shopping and the aquarium really nice. Went to the horse races and Bally's for a little gambling. Didn't win but was fun. If you like to garage sale Bossier has lots of nice neighborhoods. Maneuvering around Bossier was easy if you are familiar with the city. Lots of construction on I-20 but managed to stay off of it as we entered on Hwy 80. Wish there was more live music that wasn't in a bar.

    Traveling from Phenix City Alabama to Bossier City, LA.

    Traveling from Phenix City Alabama to Bossier City, LA. Due to traveling conditions I was late checking in. I called the front desk to inform the Hotel I would be late; however, still checking in and wanted to secure the room. When I arrived I was turned away and told my room was given to another guest.

    I didn’t like any part of my stay.. my sheets were dirty,...

    I didn’t like any part of my stay.. my sheets were dirty, the fire alarm was ripped out of the ceiling, my floor was COVERED in mud, my bathroom was so gross I didn’t even use it and that says a lot! NEVER will I stay in Louisiana again!

    Poor maintenance of kitchen vent and lights the light bulb explosion into the food I was cooking we had to go out to ear the maintenance department did not repair we did not receive any compensation

    Nothing. I didn't stay and was told I couldn't get a refund because I already checked in and left to see if the air would cool down the room that was probably 80 degrees and the dog next door would stop barking. I was gone for an hour and returned and decided not to stay and was told they wouldn't refund it. They also charged me for 2 rooms.

    Welcoming and friendly staff. We were given a good recommendation for places to eat which was only across the road (we got a 10% discount by showing our hotel pass) Great selection of breakfast - sausages, scrambled egg, make your own waffles, corn grits, oatmeal with numerous choices for toppings and more, it was great) Good location.
