    We came to go to Silver Dollar City and White Water.

    We came to go to Silver Dollar City and White Water. Silver Dollar City is an amazing Family theme park. I would recommend it to anyone. We stated in Branson West for the price and location to Silver Dollar City. This was a perfect choice for our short trip.

    SDC, the Boardwalk, downtown- what could you not like?

    SDC, the Boardwalk, downtown- what could you not like? They have just about anything for everyone. The only rough part is the traffic, but it is just because of how popular the trip is in general. It does get a bit pricey, but I liked Silver Dollar City, and Grand Country is a nice place to stay for children and adults. The people here are pretty nice, and they have food for everyone and all price ranges as well.

    Carry a blanket .. The room heat was awful. The bedding paper thin cheap. Nice big refrigerator and microwave in room. Bed wasn't great. It squeaked as it was a thin mattress ,It'll do for short stays. Clean. Had a spider in the tub other than that. For the price cool as I said clean!!!

    This is right off the highway but off the strip, there was significant traffic on the highway which we could hear in our room. I am sure the other end of the building further from the road would be less noise. About 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City. Bed was very comfortable.

    Branson West may not have all the attractions of Branson,...

    Branson West may not have all the attractions of Branson, but it's a beautiful area to relax! If you want more to do, Branson, Reeds Spring, and Lumbering City are just a short drive away. My favorite places to eat are Donor's Diner on 76, El Lago on Bus. 13, and Chopsticks on MO 13. All three places are usually busy, but very well worth it.

    We were in Branson for an important family event, with many family members. We enjoyed being together as a family from many parts of the country and were not really interested in the commercial tourist venues. We hiked and enjoyed the colorful autumn leaves. It was a fun visit, but we dreaded returning to the awful room that we got stuck with (instead of the one that we booked).
