Breakfast was great but not enough.

Breakfast was great but not enough. Staff was rude disrespectful and unprofessional. Too expensive laundry room was small and dryer took too long. 11 large spiders on 4th floor bc of spiders eggs all over the windows that were open. Shower head had a loud squealing sound. Nice beds and linens were soft and amazing

Bar called Bar 580 was really cute, self order on a kiosk, simple items....live music more folk the night we went, outdoor pavilion with beautiful picnic tables so you can take your dog if you want, with lights overhanging. Food good but cant alter it too much. Beautiful bar with pool tables. Also Peruvian food in this bar at seperate counter too. I guess the Puerto Rican/soul fusion eatery did not stay in business which was the reason we really went there.

Be sure to verify that the places you want to see are open.

Be sure to verify that the places you want to see are open. The Robb family maple syrup farm was really nice. Very friendly people. I also wanted to go to the Grafton cheese company, however their Brattleboro location was closed. Website said their Grafton village location was open. I drove up there in the rain, and it was closed on the weekend. Sign on their door said their retail store was open. It wasn't. Their sign said go to Proctorsville. Nahh, I didnt go. Swung by Scott Orchard, but it was still closed for the season. I knew that though. I ate at the Marina Restaurant. I recommend the Seared Tuna Steak, It was delicious.

Great shops in town. Good food for reasonable prices too.

Great shops in town. Good food for reasonable prices too. Go to the Echo restaurant and lounge for breakfast and mimosas if you are there on a weekend. Gallery in the Woods had some nice prints and art.

    Charming little river town.

Charming little river town. Sorry to see some of my favorite restaurants are gone and the big sporting good store. Really enjoyed walking around to view the beautiful old houses and buildings. Wonderful mean at Kipling's Tavern! It was worth the wait! Good food and bev and music not too loud for conversation. Felt festive. Brattleboro is very walkable, but be prepared to climb hills!

Beautiful small town with everything you need.

Beautiful small town with everything you need. The Vermont Country Deli is great! So much good food to choose from. The Mac & Cheese is a must buy, best ever! Could do without the roundabout. Missed my turn twice and you have to go 6 miles before you can turn around. Then it's 6 miles back just to go around again. If I was staying longer would have tried to get a map of the town and maybe take a back road. The parks are great for just relaxing a while. We got food at the Vermont Country Deli (several times) and ate picnic style at a park. Definitely want to go back!

Love the lap pools, jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. I wish it was open until 10pm though. My room & bed were very comfortable. Hotel personnel placed me right across from swim-spa area in room 116 which made it very convenient for me.
