I view it as the best value in a motel in all of Chanute. I am hoping they will continue to keep prices low and affordable going forward. The rooms are always clean. Beds are always comfy. TV reception is very good. Internet reception is good and dependable. The staff is very attentive and helpful. This motel meets my standards in a low-cost room in Chanute Ks. every time.
