    Family trip which is always great - haven't really gotten up...

    Family trip which is always great - haven't really gotten up here since before the Pandemic so a lot of me trying to catch up - and I used to live and work in Springfield so got to see changes to WNEU and got to see my grand nephew graduate. I had family driving me so ok. If I had more time, would have liked to have gotten up to Amherst where I once lived and went to school. Mostly see relatives is great.

    the only good thing about this motel was that it was close...

    the only good thing about this motel was that it was close to many restaurants. other than that, i would not recommend this motel to anyone under any circumstances. The room was unkept, smoke detector was missing, only had wires remaining. There were roaches coming out of the bathtub drain and under the beds. I found fleas on my clothes and on the bed under the sheets. I got this motel when my friend booked the room for the pickleball tournament we had, and since we got there later in the evening it was get some sleep and see how the room is for the night. knowing what we know now, we will never rent a motel 6 again!

    Was not good the hole time i was there and I did not get any...

    Was not good the hole time i was there and I did not get any sleep i woke up to use the bathroom and there was roaches everywhere from big to the little baby ones and found some in the fridge and also other places it is infested with roaches all over the place. So I left the lights on while trying to sleep they still was out I went to report it they just looked at me and said have a good day in that they would look into it after I showed them the pictures and videos to prove it..i never experienced this at this motel before and this will be my first n last time!!!

    The room it self great and nice diner across so I did not...

    The room it self great and nice diner across so I did not have to drive far for dinner but poor mattress and even poorer pillows. Reminded me to carry one of my own. The incident of what could have been water damage never mind to my stuff but their room maybe should trigger a free night or two stay at another Motel 6.

    Loved the room. It was like being home.

    Loved the room. It was like being home. Full kitchen, comfortable living room for the kids, and quiet separate bedroom for us. Breakfast in the morning covered all appetites from light, to hot and cold. The location is very convenient to stores, restaurants, and attractions. Great Family Getaway. Pool, Gym, and Outdoor Patio. Love it. Truley Relaxing!

    Great atmosphere (as all TRU hotels have), all facilities (pool, fitness, breakfast, “emergency” food shop, work places, and ample parking). Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel and 5 minute walk to the small town’s Down town area with the falls.
