The hotel staff were very kind and polite, the breakfast was good though there aren’t too many gluten free options which is to be expected from a normal American hotel, the distance to the international side of the airport is great (~5 minutes via Uber/Lyft), comfy bed

I have to say the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I believe one of them was named Barbara, though I could be mistaken. She truly made a difference during my brief stay, as I arrived feeling a bit tired and just needed a quick nap before my next flight. Her kindness during that time really stood out to me.

    I could have stayed a bit longer but I did not due to their building infested with roaches ! I requested a refund several times June 3rd the manager herself insisted that I did not deserve a refund and June 5th general manager refused to speak with me also the midnight stafff afternoon staff and security refused to help me with anything or even file a report
