    Asked for a quiet room, unfortunately I ended up next to...

    Asked for a quiet room, unfortunately I ended up next to unbothered and inconsiderate neighbors who started chatting loudly at 3am for about 1 1/2. The ac/heating unit was loud. I eventually turned it off and the unit and dealt with the cold room, so I could rest. A dirty wet towel was hanging in the restroom and the cleaning crew removed it for me and transferred me to a different room. The sofa had nasty stains and I forgot some pertinent info, did I mention someone was rambling and talking things out of my guest car… SMH. The thief gave my guest their things back because he was busted. I would not, could not, am not going to recommend this facility to anyone.

    The only think which I have no complaints was the bed.

    The only think which I have no complaints was the bed. The rest was deplorable and when I went to complain the employee to whom I complained tried to give excuses. In my opinion there no excuses to rent a room like that. I am waiting for the refund for one night.

    We would come here once a month and stay at this hotel to be close to my daughter from Las vegas. They have a new person at the front desk who treated us like crap. We will no longer come to this hotel.

    The staff was amazing.

    The staff was amazing. The management was one of a kind friendly and personable. I recommend that anyone visiting the area see if you can get this place. I promise you will have a great experience. I travel often and have stayed in places on both sides of the spectrum and I have nothing negative to say about this place. Great size space, great appliances, and even a bath tub. The place is great!

    I booked about 11 p.m. for a one-night stay.

    I booked about 11 p.m. for a one-night stay. The room I booked was perfect, but it was a model, not supposed to be rented. Still, I'd booked it online with confirmation. When the manager could not be reached, staff decided to let me stay. Didn't get to my room until 11:30 p.m. because of the discussion. Staff is kind and accommodating. Cypress Extended Stay is located in a business neighborhood, but the residents I encountered seemed to be long-term, non-working people who liked to chat up the employees...who were always nice. Not typically "professional" - but a blessing for those residents....

    If you're only going to sleep and shower, then it's ok to stay here. There is nothing quaint, pleasant or friendly about this place. It's the bare minimum here and definitely not the friendliest staff. Someone should have a Wyndham Exec stay here and see what they think.

    We came in to visit friends for a party from San Diego and didn't want to have to drive back home afterwards. We looked at the four hotels that were closest to the house and this looked online to be the best one but I was unsure. When we arrived everthing was neat and tidy. The place was clean and service was prompt and professional. I think they must have update the rooms recently because they were very nice and clean. It even came with a refrigerator and microwave. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

    The best thing about this hotel was the room was very spacious and clean. All the bowls and utensils were very clean. There was a shower booth instead of tub and it was very spacious, too. The hotel was located in the heart of O.C, so we were able to had many kinds of ethnic foods. The pool area had lots of sittings which enabled us to a good time with our friends who visited us there. Checkout was 12 and this gave us enough time to excercise in the morning before we left.
