    Staff was great, was able to call them for fresh towels since we did not have housekeeping come in one day and they were very nice. Quiet hotel, bed was super comfy! Blackout shades were fantastic! I hate struggling with hotel curtains and was glad to see i didnt have to worry about it at all. Well done IHG!

    This hotel charged me TWICE for my stay and it’s been over a week without a refund! I’m owed $645 to date. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. No manager… just all around the worst experience for any hotel I’ve ever had!
