The eateries opposite the hotel were fabulous and a great variety to choose from. They had signs up to inform customers they had a rule for quiet time from 10pm-9am which was nice.

We truly loved our stay here. Beyond the magical setting and beautiful rooms, what made it unforgettable was the staff—so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Traveling with our dog, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture of providing him with his own bed and bowls, which made us feel right at home. Every detail added to the sense of comfort and care. We will definitely be coming back!

The best were the couple that ran the place... so kind and accommodating. The retreat itself was quiet and relaxing...one of the best getaways ever. Perfect location, the room was stacked with many amenities such as liquid refreshments and snacks, plus the shower was divine as well as the beds. I have never felt like any hotel has been like a second home before, but because of the hosts I definitely feel that way about this amazing place. I highly recommend it...you truly will not find a more welcome staff (they are more than staff in my eyes, but friends now, after an only 2 day stay) or a more hospitable one. This is truly a hidden gem and I look forward to staying there again. If I could give it more than 10 stars I would...

    We went for my son's wedding.

    We went for my son's wedding. East Hampton was similar to Hilton Head; Emerald Isle for scenery. The public beaches were far from where we stayed; but close if you have someone who has beach access (as we did). Not somewhere we would vacation again; but can say we have been and seen it.

    We loved East Hampton, it is very beautiful.

    We loved East Hampton, it is very beautiful. But, if we visit the Hamptons again, we will stay in Sag Harbour, because it seems more cosy with more restaurant choices, cafes and possibilities of a coffee or a drink outside. East Hampton Grill was excellent, good value for money and a nice cosy atmosphere.
