Great clean property with an abundance of space and well stocked (pics do not do justice to the amount of space). Lots of rooms, and beds. Regretted not staying for additional nights. Great location close to main strip in town. Will definitely come back next time we are in town.

Great location, we walked to the base of Holimont. We carried our skis and ski boots. It's not a short walk, but it's doable. The house was nice, had everything we needed. We were three families and fit well. 11 of us in total. The owners thought of everything, especially nice having all the extra towels by the back door for the hot tub. The Hot tub was perfect! Nice peaceful setting overlooking a river in the backyard.

    We were in the area for a grad party.

    We were in the area for a grad party. We chose to stay in Ellicottville because there were things to do in our spare time. The hotel was able to give us adjoining rooms. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The only issue with the rooms was that the AC in one room was not working and they did not have anyone to fix it . That made sleeping in one room uncomfortable. Breakfast was free however the coffee and OJ were awful so I would recommend going into town for a good coffee Overall we enjoyed our stay and even used the pool in the evening which was fun as we were the only ones using it.

    Ellicottville was a great small town.

    Ellicottville was a great small town. We came in for an event at the ski slopes, and in being a small town there were little options for late night food. So if/when we go back I will plan ahead for that.
