We loved the beds sheets pillows super comfortable. The room was wonderfully clean and had everything we needed. Staff were top notch. Smiling while working. our flight was late so we were late but they were super nice about it. I hate being scolded by a hotel for being late reason why I drove to Gaylord further instead of going to Grayling because that hotel hassled me. Glad I did Gaylord is a great place and seeing the elks in the am was awesome!

Communication was great. Loved the fireplace. Condo was nice. Location was great. We were even notified that room was ready ahead of our check in time. Very nice of them.

Beautiful, vintage, 1930’s resort, gorgeous views, lovely room, wonderful bedding, great staff, the food was excellent, a gem of a place.
